California Dreaming

I'm back in Winchester for Winter break. And I am working at the movie theatre again, which is great because I love it. Things have been going well, Christmas was lovely even though it was cut short because I had to work at 4:00. But this is all going to be worth it when I step off the plane in California where I am certain all of my dreams will come true in a mere six days.

California, you say? I am going to visit a friend who is currently studying at Northridge (CSUN) in California for my Spring Break. I have dreamed about going to California for a really really long time. I used to have a t-shirt that said "California Dreaming" that I would wear like every tag day in high school (Catholic school non-uniform days). And since I am on the fence about pursuing a career in the movie industry which will almost definitely have me moving to California, I am seeing this trip as an investment in my future. It's research.....and fun. Lots of fun.

I'm really enjoying spending time with my work friends and of course with my family and P.A.C.K. and Sarah Belle. They are all such lovely people.

No updates on my AFI top 100 movies....I am currently watching the entire Terminator saga (I only have Salvation left) and then I am attempting to finish up watching every Barbra Streisand movie ever (only about 6 left I think).
