What's Up Doc?

I've recently started watching Barbra Streisand films. Well apparently I used to watch (and LOVE them) when I was little, but I don't have any memories of that. So last night, Maryanne and I watched "What's Up Doc?" and it was quite fantastic. I am not usually a fan of comedies (I know I'm odd, right?) but this one was really entertaining. It made absolutely no sense at many times, and Howard/Steve (the lead male) became a completely different character at one point (though Maryanne believes this happened because he no longer had to deal with his horrible fiance, Eunice.)

Anyway, Barbra was amazing as per usual. As I was watching the movie I was getting upset that she hadn't sung anything yet, but she did end up singing part of a song at one point. It was lovely of course. Before "What's Up Doc?" I watched "Funny Girl" and I am currently playing the title track on repeat on my ipod (My brand new iPod which I have dubbed "Inman" (ten points to anyone who knows what that is a reference to) so obviously I loved "Funny Girl")

So next in my series of Barbra Streisand films is going to be "The Way We Were" which was suggested by my mother and was also mentioned in an episode of 90120 I was just watching. I bet it's going to be amazing, especially since it's a Barbra/Robert Redford rocking double time.
